It’s easy. Simply sign up on our website. You will automatically join The Exaira Club membership and earn free 600 Purple Stars.

You will earn Purple Stars every time you make payment at checkout on our website only. The Exaira Club members earn 1 Purple Star for every RM1 spent. Every 1,000 Purple Star earned gets you a RM10 reward.

Earning Purple Stars is easy! Get 1 Purple Star for every RM1 spent. Every 1,000 Purple Stars earned gets a you RM10 reward to spend on shipping cost and our services. On top of that, you may earn the Purple Stars from any refund received from vendor or merchants.

Your Purple Stars are deducted from your balance at the time your reward is issued. Any Purple Stars that are unused toward a reward will remain in your account. Purple Stars expire 12 months after they were earned.

You can easily check your Purple Stars balance anytime at exaira.com.

Follow the steps below to check your Purple Stars balance:

1. Sign in to your Exaira account on exaira.com.
2. Head to “My Profile” and select “The Exaira Club” tab. This is your The Exaira Club dashboard. You can always find your Purple Stars balance, point activity history, reward balance and other ways to earn Purple Stars.

To redeem online, simply sign in to your Exaira account on exaira.com. Your reward will automatically appear at shipment queue or checkout when you’re ready to complete the transaction.
