You need to sign up first on the Exaira website at Exaira.com. Immediately after that, you will get a US address. Don’t worry, you will not be charged any payment when signing up on the Exaira website because it is free.
Why do I need to have a US address?
Use this US address when you need to fill in details for the delivery of your goods from merchants or sellers before making a payment with them. Before that, you need to make sure that you are using the US location instead of Malaysia. Each of your purchases will be shipped to the US address provided.

3. Send your packages to the US address
How will the packages be delivered to the US address?
Exaira will give you two addresses when successfully sign up for an account, which is in Delaware, for air and sea shipping respectively. Remember! You need to use the US address when filling in the information when purchasing goods. Your items will be delivered from the Merchant to the US address.

5. Ship your packages home to Malaysia
How do I know the status of my shipment?
All shipments will be updated through the Exaira portal. You may also look up the status by using the tracking number provided by our team for your convenience. Nevertheless, our team will keep you informed of the status.
How long do I have to wait for the goods to arrive?
The average transit time for air shipping can be within 7-14 business days to arrive in Malaysia. Whereas, if you opt to ship via sea the average transit time will be in 3-4 months.
What should I do after my item arrives at home?
